At each of the dozens of locations spread across multiple provinces, proven, modern, and eco-friendly technologies are in use. Customers can not only wash their cars with dedicated cleaning agents dispensed under precisely calibrated pressure, but also take advantage of an additional service - topping up their windshield washer fluid. The car washes accept multiple payment methods, and invoices can be issued online. Customers can also join a loyalty program.

Effectively managing a warehouse that supplies dozens of locations nationwide is a significant challenge. Constant monitoring of goods, deliveries, schedules, and ensuring smooth information flow means hundreds of repetitive tasks where human error is easy to occur. In collaboration with Banieczka, we developed a comprehensive Warehouse Management System (WMS) tailored to their operations. We designed and implemented dedicated software to increase control, improve operational efficiency, and streamline communication between office staff, warehouse teams, couriers, and car wash managers.

Complementing the WMS, we built a Progressive Web App for managers and couriers. In just a few taps, staff can record a delivery, update barrel fill levels, or carry out inventory checks. The app is fully integrated with the WMS, significantly improving the flow of information between all company locations.

To further optimize the management of stored liquids, we implemented sensors that track chemical levels in barrels. We developed and built both the measurement devices and the software for capturing and storing the data. With remote configuration, automatic reporting, and low-level alerts, managers have real-time access to up-to-date information. A solution that directly supports uninterrupted car wash operations.

The application enables straightforward management of deliveries and inventory:

Before development began, we carried out an in-depth needs analysis, creating a specification for the required WMS and PWA functionalities. During the project, we identified the need for ERP integration. The result is a tool that makes everyday work easier for managers, warehouse staff, couriers, and administrative teams.

WMS automatically generates alerts for products that need restocking, sending them directly to the car wash manager. Each alert includes the minimum quantity required to keep the site running efficiently.

The system handles a large volume of data, so we equipped it with extensive filtering and sorting options. Additional features include:
Clear data analysis & verification – users can filter information, select date ranges, and export reports to Excel.
Inventory & document verification – allows comparison of automatically generated warehouse documents with ERP data and enables administrators to assist managers directly.
Car wash settings management – in the WMS, there is an option to specify the desired stock levels for each car wash, as well as to verify and update the available barrels. Additionally, the user can check the current inventory status, recent deliveries, and reported demand.
Sensor settings and assignment management – each car wash’s settings allow liquid-level sensors to be assigned to chemical tanks. This solution enables the car wash manager and administrative staff to monitor barrel levels at individual locations in real time.

To optimize finance and accounting processes and improve information flow across the organization, the WMS was integrated with the client’s existing ERP - Comarch Optima via a web API. This integration enables real-time generation of warehouse documents in Optima based on actions performed in the WMS and PWA. Once a document is approved, stock levels are automatically updated in the WMS.
